Enterprise authentication

If your CommsEase account and associated resources are tied to a company, you must perform enterprise real-name authentication for the account.

  • Ensure the accuracy of your ID information; if you make three input errors within one day, you won't be able to submit again until the next day.
  • Following enterprise real-name authentication, the account resources will be under the ownership of the enterprise. This allows for contracts to be signed in the company's name and facilitates the issuance of VAT electronic invoices or paper special invoices.
  • Once you've completed enterprise real-name authentication, you cannot revert to individual real-name authentication.

Performing enterprise real-name authentication

Currently, enterprise real-name authentication can be completed using eSignature, which involves verifying your identity by depositing a specific amount of money into the enterprise's account.

  1. Log in to the CommsEase console.

  2. Follow the provided instructions to input the necessary information on the real-name authentication page. Alternatively, you can access the Real Name Authentication option from the drop-down menu located in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Once you're on the Real Name Authentication page, click Start.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required information for real-name authentication.

    Once you have entered and verified the information, select Agree and confirm the above authentication tips and click Next.

    Make sure you enter your ID information accurately. If you submit incorrect information three times in one day, you will be restricted from making further submissions on that same day.

  5. The page will automatically redirect to the eSignature process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authentication of your enterprise bank card information.

    1. Authorized personnel authentication:

      Choose your preferred authentication method and provide the necessary information. Then, click Confirm.

      Currently, the supported authentication method is face recognition.

    2. Organization verification:

      Select the organization type and enter the required organization details. Click Confirm.

      For businesses and individual business owners, select the relevant organization type. For government organizations, law firms, and other social organizations, choose Other.

    3. Payment authentication:

    Payment authentication involves two categories: bank transfers from the company's bank account and bank transfers to the company's bank account.

    • Bank transfer from the company's bank account: You will need to make a payment of RMB 0.01 to eSignature's public account. eSignature will confirm the receipt of the remittance to complete the authentication.

    • Bank transfer to the company's bank account: eSignature will transfer a random amount to your company's bank account. You will need to enter the correct amount to complete the authentication.

If you complete your real-name authentication on a non-working day, the payment verification process may experience a slight delay and could take an additional 1 to 2 days.

Updating enterprise real-name authentication information

When there is a change in the enterprise associated with your account, you must promptly update the real-name authentication information for this account.

After completing authentication, you can only modify enterprise authentication information after 30 days, so please proceed with caution.

  1. Log in to the CommsEase console.

  2. Click Real Name Authentication from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the real-name authentication.

  5. Enter the new information and click Next.

  6. The page will automatically redirect to eSignature. Follow the steps for perform enterprise real-name authentication again and complete the update.
