Before app clients log in to the IM server, you must configure the bundle identifier (bundle ID) in the CommsEase console. If no bundle IDs are configured, login requests will be rejected.

This document describes how to configure the bundle ID in the CommsEase console.

1. Log on to the CommsEase console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, find Application that requires the bundle ID. If you have not created any applications , create an application in the console.

3. In Application Details, click More->Identity Management in the upper right corner.

4. In the **Identifier Management ** section fill in the following information:

   Item	Description
   iOS Bundle Identifier	iOS bundle ID. You can add multiple IDs. Separate IDs with commas(,).
   Android Package Name	The package name of the Android application. You can add multiple names. Separate package names with commas(,).

5. Select Identitifier Verification, and click Save.

   If the client App ID requesting login is not configured in the list, login requests will be rejected.
