从服务端分页查询收藏列表

anchor 结束查询的最后一条收藏(不包含在查询结果中)
type 查询类型，如果为空则返回所有类型
toTime 结束时间点单位毫秒
limit 本次查询的消息条数上限(最多100条)
direction 查询方向
